THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR ADULT LEADERS OR PARENTS attending YM Camp.

To complete registration, you will need to do all of the following:

2. Fill out the Camp Latimer Medical Registration Form PDF (download, print, sign and turn it into your ward camp director or bring it with you if you are coming separately from the boys.)
